More than one million people voted using remote electronic voting in the presidential elections in Moscow on Friday, March 15.

According to the deputy head of the Public Headquarters for monitoring the Russian presidential elections in the capital, member of the Public Chamber of Moscow, political scientist Alexander Asafov, in the first hours of voting in the DEC system the figure of one million was exceeded.

“We see that the city is present at the polling stations, they are actively voting,” he noted.

Let us remind you that for the first time in 2024, Russian presidential elections will be held over three days – from March 15 to 17.

In Moscow, citizens with permanent registration will be able to vote, as well as residents from other Russian regions, but who have previously been assigned to polling stations in the capital.

You can cast your vote online from 8.00 on March 15 to 20.00 on March 17.

Polling stations are open from 8:00 to 20:00 all three days.
