More than 760 Kuban residents took part in the regional race in Krasnodar

Over 760 Kuban residents took part in the regional race in Krasnodar on August 13. The event was dedicated to the Day of the Athlete and the 100th anniversary of the Dynamo society. It was also timed to coincide with the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Russian Ministry of Sports.
The runners started from the opened yesterday renovated stadium “Dynamo”. The entire route for the participants of the sporting event was laid along Krasnaya Street. Running around Gavrilov Street, the athletes went to the administration building of Krasnodar, then, returning back to the stadium. The total route was 5 kilometers.
According to the press service of the mayor’s office, Kirill Kuznetsov became the winner of the race, covering the distance in 17 minutes and 4 seconds. He, along with other winners, received a medal and a certificate.
Recall that in the Krasnodar Territory starts tomorrow week of promotion of active sports.
