607 heat guns, 25 generators and 114 motor pumps were sent to flood-affected Ussuriysk, Oktyabrsky District and Mikhailovsky District.
On August 15, a regional emergency regime was declared in Primorye. The emergency zone included the Ussuriysk, Lesozavodsky urban districts, the urban districts of Spassk-Dalny, Anuchinsky, Krasnoarmeisky, Oktyabrsky, Pogranichny, Khorolsky, Chernigov, Chuguevsky, Yakovlevsky municipal districts, Dalnerechensky, Mikhailovsky, Nadezhdinsky, Spassky municipal districts. All of these municipalities were the most affected by Typhoon Hanoun.
340 million rubles will be allocated from the federal budget to Primorye. to eliminate the consequences of the disaster.
