More than 500 thousand people have already taken part in remote electronic voting (DEG), it follows from the data portal on monitoring of DEG. Let us remind you that today, March 15, the first day of the presidential elections started.
As of 7:00 Moscow time, voters in 28 regions who applied to participate in the DEG received 500,569 ballots. The turnout for the DEG on the federal platform was 10%. In total, 4.76 million people plan to vote through DEGs.
The presidential elections will take place from March 15 to 17. For the first time, elections last three days; For the first time, remote electronic voting is being used.
