More than 250 people took part in the “Only Forward” race in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug

The sporting event was held on September 23 in the Yubileiny Naryan-Mar park for the eighth time.

The participants of the race were greeted by the Governor of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug Yuri Bezdudny.

“It’s great that the kids, the youth and the older generation came to the sporting event. They went to the start under the motto “Only forward!”, – he wrote later in his social networks.

After a creative number from the pupils of the school “Trud” and an active warm-up from the coach Inna Andreyuk, the “General Run” started for everyone.

After the “General Run”, participants from 14 years old competed for prizes in the “Fastest” race. Places in this category were distributed as follows: 1st place – Latyshev Artem, 2nd place – Latyshev Roman and 3rd place – Latyshev Anton.

All participants of the “General Race” coped with the route and ran to the finish line. The organizers singled out among them the youngest participant, the oldest and the largest and most athletic family team.

Vokueva Svetlana, 58 years old, was awarded in the nomination “The oldest participant”. The youngest participant was Elizaveta Zyryanova, she is only 11 months old. The largest family in terms of the number of participants was the Tyutin family of eight people.

All the winners and runners up were presented with memorable prizes. The race ended with a creative number from the dance school “Lu dance family” and a holiday of colored smoke.
