More than 200 folk trainers work in the Vologda region

The implementation of the People’s Trainer project continues in the Vologda region. Today, 202 mentors are involved in it, who introduce Vologda residents to physical activity.
Classes are conducted in a variety of sports – from ball games to gymnastics, darts, aerobics, Pilates, badminton and much more. Trainings are held free of charge in the cities and municipalities of the region. Over 10,000 Vologda residents of various ages took part in the project over two years.
The website of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Vologda Oblast has published a new schedule of classes in districts and districts. Also this year, it was decided to double the rates of national coaches.
