More than 33 million voters across the country have already made their choice remotely, Pamfilova said. The operation of the DEG system infrastructure is constantly being tested by hackers. At the moment, more than 22 thousand attacks have already been recorded.
– Opponents are trying unsuccessfully, I would say mildly, to gain access there in order to distort the results. But they won’t succeed,” said Ella Pamfilova.
According to her, several very targeted impacts on the DEG infrastructure have been identified.
– They work seriously, and we should not underestimate this. Especially on the eve of the presidential campaign. We must see where they are hitting,” warned the chairman of the Central Election Commission.
