A meeting of the Committee of the Oryol Regional Council of Deputies for Education, Sports, Culture and Tourism has recently ended. What the participants discussed was told in the press service of the regional council.
Much attention was paid to the issue of amending the law “On physical culture and sports in the Oryol region.”
The authors of the initiative propose to expand the circle of people who have the right to receive sports and recreation services at sports facilities owned by the state.
It is assumed that, among other categories, large families will be offered free sports. The conditions for the provision of sports services will be determined directly in the specialized institutions.
Events can be held, such as mass skating or swimming in the pool, classes in the athletics arena or at the stadium.
Paid services for large families and, possibly, some other categories will be made free.
