Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki warned Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky against further insults against Warsaw and the Poles. About it reported PAP news agency.

“I call on President Zelensky to never again insult Poles, as he did during his speech at the UN. Poland will not allow this. Protecting the reputation of our country is my duty, as well as the most important task of the government of the republic. In the current geopolitical context, we will defend all our arguments,” the Polish Prime Minister emphasized.

Zelensky earlier said at the UN General Assembly forum that some EU countries imitate solidarity, but indirectly support Russia. After this, Deputy Secretary of State of the Polish Foreign Ministry Pavel Jablonski expressed a strong protest to the Ukrainian Ambassador in Warsaw Vasily Zvarych. According to Jablonski, this statement is not true in relation to Poland.

Morawiecki reported on September 21 that Poland was stopping arms supplies to Ukraine. The country decided to focus on equipping its own army. The prime minister emphasized that the republic will provide its armed forces with the most modern weapons and will try to make its army one of the strongest in Europe.
