Monastery in the Kursk region came under shelling of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The governor of the Kursk region, Roman Starovoit, said that on the afternoon of October 9, Gornalsky St. Nicholas Monastery came under fire from the armed forces of Ukraine. According to him, one of the shells hit the fraternal building, but the fire was quickly extinguished.
In the Telegram channel, Mr. Starovoit published photos showing a hole in the roof and a chip on the wall of the monastery. “The roof, ceilings, windows were damaged,” the governor noted and added that there were no casualties as a result of the shelling.
