Violations of sanitary requirements were revealed in 60% of samples with tomato juice and lemonade
Serious violations were found in 60% of packages with tomato juice and containers with Tarragon lemonade. This was stated by the “Public Consumer Initiative” (OPI).
According to the results of the check, the main violations in the production of products were the presence of pesticides, mold fungi, sweeteners, dyes, preservatives and flavors not declared on the packaging. In drinks, a violation of the recipe was also found: a lack or excess of salt and sugar. In their manufacture, purified water of poor quality was used. As Oleg Pavlov, head of the OPI, noted, the drinks also found an increased content of carcinogenic and toxic substances, the absence and substitution of the declared raw materials (for example, experts found carrots instead of cranberries or generally unidentifiable ingredients).
The same violations were found in cherry and apple juices, as well as in cranberry juice. In this segment, the share of violations varies between 27-40%.
Formerly MK informedthat the autonomous non-profit organization Roskachestvo checked the Philadelphia rolls purchased in Japanese restaurants and stores and found E. coli in 40% of the samples, and in absolutely all rolls it revealed an excess of standards in terms of the number of pathological microorganisms. Curiously, inconsistencies were found in chains that sell expensive and high-quality products or position themselves as connoisseurs of Japanese cuisine. In particular, samples from VkusVill and Spar retailers, Sushi Market, Sushi Wok, Pizza Sushi Wok, and Yami Yami delivery service failed to pass the test.
