The head of the Safe Internet League (SLI), Ekaterina Mizulina, appealed to the Ministry of Internal Affairs to check the rapper and blogger Pavel Ivlev, widely known as Pasha Technik. She’s talking about this reported on Wednesday, December 20, in your Telegram channel. The reason for the public’s appeal to the Ministry of Internal Affairs was the propaganda of narcotic drugs in the musician’s compositions.
In addition, Mizulina accused the artist of advertising stores with illegal substances, distributing pornographic materials and other destructive content. There is a suspicion of Ivlev’s participation in other crimes. “Citizens also turned to us in connection with the probably fraudulent actions of a blogger (Pasha Tekhnika. – Note ed.), explained the head of LBI. “I got it.”
This is not the first time that state representatives have complaints about the rapper’s actions. In the summer of 2023, he was already detained in Moscow and found guilty under Part 1 of Article 20.3 (“Propaganda or public display of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols”) of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (CAO). The reason was the image on his body of a cartoon character and the famous children’s book of Carlson with a propeller in the form of a swastika. Later it became known that blogger Pasha Technik left the rehab (rehabilitation center for addicts. – Note ed.) and started using drugs again. At the end of October, the artist lost his status as an “individual entrepreneur” (IP) due to late payment of taxes.
