On the official Internet portal of legal information appeared the decree signed by the head of government Mikhail Mishustin on measures to support the mobilized.
According to the document, citizens called up for military service as part of partial mobilization are granted a deferment in the payment of taxes, as well as from fees and insurance premiums. This also applies to tax returns.
For the payment of taxes and insurance premiums, the deferment is calculated from the day of the end of service until the 28th day of the third month after the day of its end, inclusive.
Previously The government of the Russian Federation approved a deferment for the payment of taxes and insurance premiums for citizens who were called up as part of partial mobilization. The decision also applies to entrepreneurs who are the leaders and at the same time the sole founders of their companies.
