Mishustin Appoints Aleksey Komissarov Rector of RANEPA

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree appointing Aleksey Komissarov as rector of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.
Since January 2023, Komissarov has served as acting rector. Prior to that, since 2017, he was Vice-Rector of the Academy and Director of the Higher School of Public Administration at the RANEPA.
Since 2018, Komissarov has also been the CEO of ANO “Russia – the Land of Opportunities”.
