The Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin appointed Vladislav Zhdanov as the head of the public law company Roskadastr, reported on the website of the Russian government.
Since December 2021, Zhdanov has served as director of the Federal Cadastral Chamber of Rosreestr. Prior to that, he worked atRussian Railways» as an advisor to the CEO. Also from 2015 to 2018. Zhdanov was the vice-president of the AK “Alrosa“.
In December 2021, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a resolution on the rules for the formation of Roscadastre. The company will be engaged in entering information about borders into the Unified State Register of Real Estate (EGRN), as well as geodetic and cartographic work.
In August 2022, Mishustin signed a resolution on the creation of the public law company Roskadastr through the reorganization of three institutions subordinate to Rosreestr. The company is based on the activities of three organizations – “Rostekhinventarizatsiya – Federal BTI”, FGBU “Center for Geodesy, Cartography and SDI”, as well as the Federal Cadastral Chamber (FGBU “FKP Rosreestr”).
“Roskadastr” will become the operator of Rosreestr’s information systems. It is noted that the association will reduce the time for the provision of services and increase their number in electronic form.
