He added that processes are taking place in the world that have a comprehensive impact on society, on all aspects of life, on every person, and all these processes are strongly interconnected. “One of them is the development of information technologies. Now they are an important condition for high-quality and long-term economic growth, they are applied in all areas,” he added.
