Mishustin allowed parents of children with disabilities to accumulate additional days off
Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin signed a resolution according to which parents of children with disabilities will be able to accumulate additional paid days off. About it reported on the website of the Russian government.
It is noted that from September 1, 2023, parents of children with disabilities will be able to accumulate paid days off and combine them up to 24 consecutive days for use during the calendar year.
In order to take the accumulated holidays, the employee will have to coordinate the dates with the employer and submit an application to the personnel department.
Currently, one of the parents of children with disabilities is given four additional paid days off each month. They can be used in a row or divided within a month, but unused days are not summed up and are not carried over to the next month
