A fixed-term employment contract and a probationary period will be suspended if an employee is mobilized as part of partial mobilization in Russia, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation specified.
The job retention order applies to all workers who have been called up for military service since September 21, shared the details there.
According to the Ministry of Labor, if an employee has entered into an employment contract and is currently undergoing a probationary period, then in the event of a call for mobilization from September 21, 2022, his employment contract will also be suspended, and it will be possible to return to work on the same conditions.
