The attack on police officers in the Moscow region, according to preliminary data, was committed while they were on duty, said official representative of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs Irina Volk.
The police carried out operational measures to detain the drug dealer, Volk reported in her Telegram channel.
The assailant reportedly killed the police officer and fled on a black motorcycle. Two more police officers were injured.
