As the specialist noted, only 48%, that is, a minority, crosses the 65-year barrier, and the “fatal debut” for the majority of the male population of Russia occurs between the ages of 40 and 60, since most men in the country die at this age.
According to Apolikhn, 81% of men die of sudden death, and he also specified that 74% of this group are men who died at the workplace. The specialist called cardiovascular and oncological diseases the main cause of death among the male population of Russia.
To prevent death, the expert urged to lead a healthy lifestyle and eat right, and not rely on treatment after the diagnosis.
