Ministry of Defense: Russian Armed Forces occupied a railway station in the Kharkov region

During offensive actions in the Kupyansk direction, Russian servicemen captured the Molchanovo railway station in the Kharkov region. About it says in the daily report of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
“In the Kupyansk direction, units of the Western Group of Forces continued successful offensive operations in their area of responsibility. During the day, the advance of Russian units amounted to more than a kilometer in depth and up to two kilometers along the front. The advancing units took control of the Molchanovo railway station in the Kharkiv region,” the statement said.
In addition, in the Kupyansk direction, Russian servicemen destroyed the ammunition depot of the 103rd Territorial Defense Brigade near the village of Peschanoe in the Kharkiv region.
The Ministry of Defense also reported on a group attack on military industry facilities, fuel infrastructure and ammunition depots of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Odessa region, as well as on the Kantovo air base in the Kirovograd region. All designated targets were hit, the department stressed.
At the same time, the Armed Forces of Ukraine continued offensive operations in the Krasnoliman, Donetsk and Yuzhno-Donetsk directions, the Ministry of Defense added. On each of these directions, enemy attacks were repulsed. In particular, Russian servicemen repulsed 25 attacks in the Donetsk direction in a day.
July 18 at the Ministry of Defense reported about the successful advancement of Russian military personnel in the Kupyansk direction. According to the agency, the advance was up to 2 km along the front and up to 1.5 km in depth.
