Ministry of Defense: Russian air defense intercepted a JDAM bomb and eight HIMARS shells

Over the past 24 hours, Russian air defense systems have intercepted a JDAM aircraft guided bomb and eight HIMARS MLRS rockets in the special operation zone. This was announced by the speaker of the Russian Ministry of Defense Igor Konashenkov.
“During the day, air defense systems intercepted: a JDAM aircraft guided bomb and eight US-made HIMARS multiple rocket launchers,” said the lieutenant general.
Also, according to the Russian defense department, Russian air defense destroyed 27 Ukrainian drones. The drones were shot down in the settlements of Kremenets and Berestovoe in the DPR, Novaya Zburevka and Proletarka in the Kherson region, Pologi and Mirny in the Zaporozhye region, as well as Tavolzhanka in the Kharkov region and Svatovo in the LPR.
