The Russian Defense Ministry reported on Saturday that in Belgorod, the majority of citizens who came to the military registration and enlistment office as part of partial mobilization did not wait for the agenda.

As specified in the Ministry of Defense, guided by a sense of duty, reserve officers also arrive at the military registration and enlistment office on their own – to clarify whether there is a need for their registration specialty. Representatives of various enterprises also arrive to receive subpoenas for their employees.

In the footage of the video posted on the telegram channel of the department, men tell their stories. “The time has come, I went to the military registration and enlistment office, asked if I needed it, I didn’t need it, I turned out to be needed, now I’m here,” said Vladimir Mamaev, who has children and a wife. According to him, in the family, “everyone supported, everyone accepted” his decision.

Conscript Anton Glamazdin said that he served in the Airborne Forces, and after the announcement of partial mobilization, he came on the agenda, deciding not to postpone. He is set to “defend the Motherland so that all civilians, my parents, brothers and sisters live in peace and quiet.”
