“The remnants of the personnel of the brigade were withdrawn by the Ukrainian command to the rear areas,” the message says.
According to the agency, the 56th motorized infantry brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine also lost more than 70% of its strength after the strikes of the Russian Aerospace Forces in the area of the settlements of Opytnoye and Nevelskoye of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR).

The Ministry of Defense reports that five command posts were hit during the day, as well as manpower, weapons, military and special equipment in 157 districts, a fuel depot in the Kurakhovo region (DPR), six ammunition depots in Velikoye Artakovo (Nikolaev region) were destroyed , Zaliman (Kharkiv region), Kramatorsk, Zaitsevo, Krasnogorovka and Avdeevka (DNR).
“In the area of the settlement of Chasov Yar of the Donetsk People’s Republic, the Russian Aerospace Forces destroyed the AN / MPQ-64 US-made counter-battery radar supplied by the United States to the Kyiv regime,” the Defense Ministry said in a statement.
Four platoons of Grad multiple rocket launchers were suppressed, two artillery platoons of Akatsiya guns and four platoons of D-30 howitzers were hit. Russian air defense systems destroyed five Ukrainian drones, two rockets of the Haimars multiple launch rocket system near Novaya Kakhovka and four shells of the Alder MLRS near Chernobaevka, Kherson region, were shot down in the air.
In total, since the start of the special operation, 267 aircraft, 146 helicopters, 1,732 drones, 365 anti-aircraft missile systems, 4,293 tanks and other armored combat vehicles have been destroyed.
