Russian air defense systems were able to stop another attempt by Ukraine to attack the territory of the Russian Federation with an aircraft-type drone. This was reported in the Russian Defense Ministry.
“On September 2, at about 15.00 Moscow time, another attempt by the Kyiv regime to carry out a terrorist attack by an aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicle on the territory of the Russian Federation was thwarted,” the ministry said on its Telegram channel.
The ministry clarified that the drone was shot down again over the Belgorod region.
Prior to this, the Ukrainian drone was used by Russian forces shot down at 12:45 Moscow time. The drone was shot down in the sky over the same region as this time.
