Migrants who beat a Muscovite with a child were sentenced to terms of 3.5 to 4 years
Russia’s Investigative Committee said on Wednesday it had sentenced three men aged 20 to 22 accused of beating two local residents and a minor child in New Moscow.
The investigation and the court established that on November 4, 2021, in the evening, a group of people, being near residential buildings on Novovatutinsky Prospekt, attacked two men, one of whom had a small child in his arms. It is noted that by their actions the defendants created a threat to the life and health of a minor.
By the verdict of the Shcherbinsky District Court of Moscow, Araz Musaev was sentenced to 3.5 years in prison in a penal colony, Faramaz Hasanov was sentenced to 4 years, Eldzhan Hasanov – to 3 years and 9 months.
A resonant fight took place in Novye Vatutniki. It was reported that a crowd of migrants attacked a Muscovite with a four-year-old baby in his arms and his friend.
The conflict began in a store where a young father and his friend met four strangers. There was a skirmish between the men, and on the street strangers attacked the Muscovite in the middle of the sidewalk. According to eyewitnesses, they also insulted the young father and his son.
