Tymoshenko spoke out against the possible resignation of Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Zaluzhny
Former Prime Minister of Ukraine, leader of the Batkivshchyna party, Yulia Tymoshenko, commented on rumors about the impending resignation of Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny. She recorded a video message in which she called on the country’s leadership not to make personnel changes in the current conditions.
“I don’t understand, have we already won? <...> Our fight is now in full swing,” Tymoshenko said in the video.
She expressed the opinion that “this should be a fight for Ukraine, and not a political methushka,” and also called one of the country’s problems “political intrigues and the struggle for ratings, decisions against national interests and the dismissal of professionals and patriots from positions.”
“The enemy is waiting for our mistake,” Tymoshenko added, calling to “forget about ratings and ambitions, resentments and misunderstandings.”
