The OSCE met Russia halfway by removing mention of the conflict in Ukraine
The Permanent Representative of Russia to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, Alexander Lukashevich, in a conversation with reporters, said that the term “war in Ukraine” has disappeared from the OSCE budget estimate for 2024; the mention of “war in Ukraine” has been removed.
“The mention of the conflict in Ukraine was removed from the OSCE budget estimate,” he said.
Lukashevich added that by making this decision, Western countries “met Russia halfway.”
