Medvedev warned the West about the consequences of pumping weapons to Ukraine

The military campaign in Ukraine will move to a new level and lose visible borders if the West continues to pump weapons to Kyiv, wrote Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev in his Telegram channel. Thus, he commented on the draft security guarantees published earlier today, drawn up by the Ukrainian side.

“Our sworn friends, Western bosses of various calibers, to whom this hysterical appeal is addressed, must finally understand one simple thing. It directly concerns NATO’s hybrid war with Russia. If these half-wits continue the unrestrained pumping of the Kyiv regime with the most dangerous types of weapons, then sooner or later the military campaign will move to another level, ”he wrote.

In addition, he noted that Ukraine will not receive any security guarantees, because their project is essentially a “prologue” to the third world war.

The office of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky presented a draft security guarantee for Ukraine earlier today. It follows from the draft that the strongest guarantee of security for Ukraine is its ability to defend itself. In this regard, Kyiv needs investments in the defense industry base, the supply of weapons and military equipment, as well as joint exercises with the countries of the European Union and NATO.

In addition, the package of guarantees includes preventive measures of a military, financial, technical and informational nature, as well as actions to be taken in the event of “a new encroachment on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.” The guarantors of Ukraine’s security, according to the project, will be the EU countries, the USA, Great Britain, Australia, Canada and Turkey.
