Medvedev agreed von der Leyen: negotiations on Ukraine are not yet possible
Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev commented in his personal telegram channel statement by European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen that equal peace talks between Moscow and Kyiv should now be rejected, they are impossible.
Supporting in a rather bilious manner the opinion put forward by the head of the EC, Dmitry Medvedev explained the reason.
“Of course it is. How can there be equal negotiations with the Nazi state, which is in the process of half-life under external control? You can only talk to the owners!” – said the deputy chairman of the Security Council.
He also expressed the opinion that in the dialogue on this issue, Russia can have only one real interlocutor – Washington. And the topic of such negotiations, the publication points out, can be only one thing: the conditions of the post-war world order.
But, as Medvedev stressed in concluding his commentary, the time has not yet come for such negotiations.
