Medvedev reached the final of the Indian Wells Masters – Kommersant

Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev reached the final tournament of the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) in Indian Wells (Indian Wells Masters). In the semi-final match, Medvedev (4th seed) beat American tennis player Tommy Paul (17th seed) with a score of 1:2 (6:1, 6:7, 2:6).
In the final, Medvedev will play against Spanish representative Carlos Alcaraz (2nd seed), the current winner of the tournament. In 2023, he beat Medvedev 6:3, 6:2.
The Indian Wells Masters tournament will end on March 17. The prize fund for the men’s singles tournament is $8.9 million.
