Medvedev pointed to a “hereditary disease” in the management model in Germany

The people who prepared the coup in Germany are right that Berlin does not have full control over the decisions made in the country, and the very fact of the appearance of conspirators indicates a “hereditary disease” of the entire management model in Germany, declared Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev in his Telegram channel.

“This is a clear sign of the hereditary disease of the entire management model in Germany. After all, these unfinished conspirators are right: Germany does not have full sovereignty on its soil. Decisions on German energy, industry and defense issues are taken by the “American deep state,” he wrote.

Commenting on allusions to the possible connection of the conspirators with Russia, Medvedev joked that it could not be otherwise, since all world wars, epidemics and earthquakes occur because of Russia.

Earlier today in the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Germany reported about the detention of 25 people, including Russian citizens, who were preparing for a coup. According to the Prosecutor General’s Office, the suspects are members and supporters of a terrorist organization that was created in 2021. Their goal was to “overthrow the existing political system in Germany,” the department said.

The Prosecutor General’s Office noted that one of the suspects tried to establish contact with representatives of the Russian Federation in Germany. It is specified that the Russian woman is suspected of helping members of a terrorist group to contact representatives of the Russian Federation. At the same time, the investigation has no evidence that the Russian side supported the conspirators. Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov refused to comment on information about detentions, saying that this is an internal problem of Germany.
