Media: Tymoshchuk will continue to work at Zenit and has no plans to leave Russia
Several media outlets, citing their sources, denied data that Zenit assistant head coach Anatoly Timoshchuk left St. Petersburg and plans to work outside of Russia.
Tymoshchuk, who has been on the Zenit coaching staff since 2017, will remain in his position, reports say. He is not going to leave Russia.
Before starting his coaching career, Tymoshchuk played, among other things, for Zenit, with which he won the Russian championship twice, won the Super Cup, as well as the UEFA Cup and Super Cup. In addition, he holds the record for the number of appearances for the Ukrainian national team.
