Media: Charles III asked Prince Harry not to take Meghan Markle to Elizabeth II

Prince Charles of Wales, now King Charles III of Great Britain, asked his youngest son Prince Harry not to take his wife Meghan Markle to the Scottish castle of Balmoral, where the dying Queen Elizabeth II lay. This was reported by the Sun newspaper, citing sources.
Harry and Meghan left the UK two years ago after a conflict with the royal family. Harry, according to the publication, was the last of all family members to arrive in Balmoral after news of the Queen’s deteriorating health. Charles asked Harry not to bring Meghan to the castle when he was in Windsor at the royal estate of Frogmore.
An unnamed source told the newspaper that “Charles told Harry that it would be wrong or inappropriate for Meghan to be in Balmoral at such a sad time.” He was also told that Kate, the wife of Prince William, would also not go to the castle and that only the closest relatives of Elizabeth II would be present there.
“Charles has made it very clear that Meghan will not be a welcome guest,” the source said.
In addition, Harry was denied boarding the Royal Air Force plane that brought Prince William, Prince Edward and Prince Andrew to Scotland. And Harry allegedly had to look for the plane himself, which is why he came to Balmoral after the announcement of the death of the queen.
Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain, who ruled the country for more than 70 years, died on September 8 at the age of 96 in Scotland.
Prince Charles became the next king, he took the name Charles III.
