The Azerbaijani and Armenian sides agreed on a ceasefire from 08:00 Moscow time. This was reported in the Azerbaijani media.

Also on Tuesday, September 13, Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan is expected to address the State Parliament at 11:00.

On the night of September 12-13, according to media reports, Azerbaijan launched an artillery strike on the border with Armenia. According to local residents of border villages in the Gadabay region of Azerbaijan, explosions similar to artillery are heard. In turn, the Armenian media reported that the settlements of Jermuk, Goris and Vardenis were fired upon.

Azerbaijan claims that the reason for the shelling was that Armenian saboteurs were seen in their economic zone.
