Mayor of Kherson: 40-50 thousand people remain in the city

About 40-50 thousand inhabitants of Kherson remained on the right bank of the Dnieper. This was announced by the head of the Russian administration of the city Alexander Kobets.
“According to our data, taking into account the fact that the population of the adjacent territories was also evacuated through the city of Kherson, according to our estimates, about 40-50 thousand still remained in the city,” Mr. Kobets said on the air of the Rossiya 24 TV channel.
November 11 Mr. Kobets informed about 80-100 thousand inhabitants remaining in Kherson (evacuation in the city began at the end of October). On this day, Russian troops were withdrawn from Kherson. On November 12, Ukraine announced the resumption of the work of Ukrainian authorities in the city.
