The Golovinsky District Court of Moscow is preparing to consider the administrative protocol drawn up in relation to the comedian Maxim Galkin (included in the Russian Federation in the register of foreign agents).
As reported in court, the protocol was drawn up due to the fact that Galkin did not provide a report on his activities as a foreign agent. According to the relevant article of the Administrative Code, a foreign agent for failure to provide information faces a fine of 30 to 50 thousand rubles.
Galkin was included in the Ministry of Justice register in September last year. In the summer of 2023, the court rejected his claim to be removed from the register. The protocol received by the court on October 17 was Galkin’s first in the status of a foreign agent.
Currently, the artist lives in Israel with his wife Alla Pugacheva and children. The other day, the comedian announced that in the near future plans to travel to Europe as part of a concert tour.
