In her statement on the website of the Federation Council, speaker Valentina Matvienko emphasized that there is no mixing of gender roles in Russia. She noted that men and women have differences not only in biology, but also in social and cultural aspects.
Instead of creating a mix of men and women, our country is striving for harmony in their relationships, Matvienko noted, emphasizing that there will be no dangerous games of gender in Russia either in kindergartens or schools, or in politics or in lawmaking.
Matvienko also stated that there is no need for such experiments in Russia, and therefore the West can continue its experiments at its own peril and risk. She noted that International Women’s Day, which is celebrated in Russia, has become one of the most beloved holidays, symbolizing flowers, smiles, warmth, attention and care. At the end of her statement, the speaker of the Federation Council congratulated the women on this special day.
