Three mass ski races will be organized in the Tula region in the next month and a half.
The Tula Ministry of Sports was informed about this.
On February 3, the Vedenin Ski Track will be held for the thirty-fourth time in the Dubensky district.
“Children will compete at a distance of one kilometer, boys and girls – three and five, men and women – three, five and ten kilometers,” notes the regional sports department.
A week after the Dubno races, the traditional “Russian Ski Track” will take place. Skiers will take to the start line in the arms capital of Russia, Novomoskovsk, Uzlovaya and Kireevsk.
And on the second of March, at the Kosogorsk roller ski center “Vedenino”, fans of a healthy lifestyle will enjoy the fifth night ski race in memory of our legendary fellow countryman, Honored Master of Sports of the Soviet Union, twice Olympic champion Vyacheslav Vedenin.
Anyone can take part in all competitions, subject to registration. The events are free.

More than four hundred skiers from various Russian regions took part in the event. According to the good Tula tradition, a field kitchen was open, where you could refresh yourself with hot porridge and tea.
