Mass skating canceled in Kirov, but not all sites were closed

In Kirov, mass entertainment events are canceled due to adverse weather conditions.
Severe frosts were established in the region for several days.
On January 8, for this reason, mass skating, organized since the beginning of the season at the Dynamo stadium, was canceled.
Until January 11, the management of the Lokomotiv stadium made the same decision.
The Isco stadium was also closed to residents of the city until January 9, inclusive.
The exception was the skating rink in Victory Park. He, despite the bitter cold, continues to work.
But the schedule of the ice arena was changed: during the weekend, on January 7 and 8, the site received guests from 12:00 to 20:00.
As the skating organizers wrote on their VK page: there is no bad weather, there is only inappropriate clothing and weakened immunity.
