In the Beloglinsky district of the Kuban, the construction of a martial arts center within walking distance has started. The sports facility is being built as part of the order of the Governor of the Kuban, Veniamin Kondratyev. The work is carried out under the regional state program “Development of social infrastructure”. They intend to hand over the martial arts center next year.
Thus, in a building with an area of about 1,500 square meters, all conditions will be created for practicing judo and sambo. The center also plans to hold competitions of various levels. At the same time, up to 60 people will be able to engage in martial arts in the institution.
The vice-governor of the Krasnodar Territory, Evgeny Naumov, noted that the project also provides for the opportunity for classes in general physical education. In addition, people with disabilities and athletes with limited mobility will be able to train at the facility.
It should be noted that in total this year more than 40 sports facilities are being built in the region. For example, sports grounds, low-budget gyms, martial arts centers, swimming pools, a special base and a universal complex are being built in the Kuban.
Earlier, “MK in the Kuban” wrote that in the village of Novotitorovskaya, Dinsky district, the construction of a low-budget sports complex continues. Residents will be able to play sports and martial arts here. Training will take place in a universal gym measuring 42 by 24 meters. The facility will also equip a locker room and a room for hygiene procedures.
