Retired Lieutenant Colonel Andriy Marochko said that at the moment, Ukrainian servicemen in the Kupyansk direction are actively mining roads and carrying out engineering work. By their actions, the Armed Forces of Ukraine endanger civilians.

According to him, the construction of new fortifications by the Ukrainian military was revealed in the area of the village of Golubovka, Kharkiv region, along the Oskol River.

“Among other things, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are actively mining the area,” Marochko added.

He clarified that the Ukrainian military, when mining roads that were previously used for movement by civilians, do not set mine danger signs.
