Retired LPR Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Marochko, citing his own sources, said that in the zone of the special military operation there is an increase in the number of mercenaries from Poland and Georgia on the part of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
According to him, the Ukrainian command, in addition to mobilization, is recruiting foreign mercenaries. This is due to the fact that there is a serious shortage in the units of the Ukrainian army.
“Recently, the number of foreigners in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has decreased significantly, but new arrivals are still continuing,” Marochko noted.
He clarified that in the Kyiv regime-controlled Konstantinovka, Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkov, Kramatorsk and Slavyansk, the arrival of groups of foreigners of about 30-50 people was recorded over the course of several weeks.
