Mark Zakharov’s daughters were denied rights to his works

The appeal board of the Moscow City Court denied actress Alexandra Zakharova the rights to the works of her father, the famous theater director and artistic director of the Lenkom Theater Mark Zakharov.

As the press service of the court told MK, it was established that the exclusive right to use the results of the intellectual activity of the late Mark Zakharov, which became the subject of the trial, was alienated by him during his lifetime. The author himself did not dispute the concluded contracts, received fees for them, and signed certificates of completion of work. In this regard, the court rejected the claim of Zakharov’s daughter.
