The All-Russian high jump competition “Memorial of Yuri Lukashevich and Vyacheslav Seredkin” was held in Chelyabinsk. The strongest athletes from Russia and Belarus took part in them.
A native of Kabardino-Balkaria, Maria Lasitskene took third place in the tournament, clearing a height of 1.90 m, the press service of the republican government reported.
First place was taken by Belarusian Karina Demidik (1.92 m). The next start for Lasitskene will be the Ozolin and Dyachkov Memorial, which will be held in Moscow on January 23.
It was previously reported that karatekas of Kabardino-Balkaria became winners of the All-Russian competitions.
