Deputy Prime Minister Manturov said that the Russian Federation is ahead of the West in weapons production
Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia Denis Manturov told reporters about the leadership of the Russian Federation in arms production compared to Western countries.
According to him, the Russian side began to pick up the pace of production earlier than Western countries.
“Another question is how long this race will continue… We live within the framework of the state weapons program and the long-term program, which will have to be approved next year for the period 2025-2034,” he clarified.
According to the Deputy Prime Minister, a number of departments, including the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Industry and Trade, are currently actively involved in the work of reconciling and preparing these parameters.
