Mannarino and Thiem miraculous in the 1st round of Winston-Salem

Austrian Dominic Thiem saved two match points against JJ Wolf on Tuesday to qualify for the second round of the Winston-Salem tournament. For his return to hard after almost a year and a half, the Austrian fought for more than three hours to win 6-7 (5/7), 7-5, 7-6 (8/6).
