According to experts, for this it is recommended not to look at the gadget or at small objects in the car window on the way.
Doctors pointed out that in the human body there are several systems responsible for balance, including the visual system, the vestibular apparatus and receptors in muscles and tendons. According to Gandelman, when the balance systems do not understand each other, a person begins to feel sick. Malysheva clarified that the most important thing is not to see small alternating objects in the windows. Experts recommend that in order to avoid nausea in the car, do not do unnecessary things and listen to audiobooks or music.
