Malofeev announced Putin’s speech on the structure of the “Russian world after victory”

Deputy head of the World Russian People’s Council (VRNS) Konstantin Malofeev said that President Vladimir Putin’s speech at the XXV Congress of the organization (November 27-28) will be devoted to the situation of the “Russian world after the victory” of Russia in the conflict with Ukraine. According to him, Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Rus’ will also speak at the congress.
“And we all expect that important words will be said at this council about what the world will be like after the victory. We understand that now victory is the main goal. But we hope that we will find out at the council what our Russian world will look like after the victory,” Mr. Malofeev said on air transfers “The Big Game with Dmitry Simes” on Channel One.
Presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov, in a conversation with TASS, confirmed that Vladimir Putin will speak at the congress. Mr. Peskov noted that each of his speeches is “very important.” Dmitry Peskov did not specify on what day the president will take part in the VRNS congress.
According to information on website VRNS, the congress will be held on November 27 and 28. On the first day, the events will take place in the Cathedral of Christ the Savior and will be divided into sections – ideological, economic, educational, demographic, youth, military, international, writers, as well as sections dedicated to migration policy, urban development and charity.
On this day, the congress will also be attended by the head of the DPR Denis Pushilin, Children’s Rights Commissioner Maria Lvova-Belova, State Duma Deputy Speaker Pyotr Tolstoy, Foreign Ministry representative Maria Zakharova, priest Feodor Lukyanov, philosopher Alexander Dugin, ex-presidential adviser Sergei Glazyev.
A plenary meeting of the VRNC will take place on November 28, it will be held in the Kremlin Palace.
Vladimir Putin did not personally participate in the 2022 meeting of the VRNS, but sent messages to the congress participants greetings in the form of a telegram. Last time president spoke at the VRNS congress in 2018. Then he devoted his speech to the importance of establishing a multipolar world, saying that “individual states” are using Russophobia and “caveman nationalism” to reformat the world.
