Maduro congratulated Putin on his victory in the Russian presidential election

In his microblog on the social network X, Venezuelan Foreign Minister Ivan Gil conveyed congratulations to Vladimir Putin from President Nicolas Maduro on his victory in the presidential elections in the Russian Federation.

“The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, on behalf of the Venezuelan people, congratulates President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin and his political movement on their overwhelming victory in the elections in his re-election as President of the Russian Federation,” wrote the head of the Venezuelan Foreign Ministry.

The message also expresses gratitude to “the glorious Russian people for their deep commitment to democracy.”
